GPS functions on the Windows 7

If you need a geolocation application on a laptop or netbook without the hassle of installing the GPS receiver, you can use GeoSense applications for Windows. Unfortunately, only be used for Windows 7 only. Applications built using this API sensing location was made by Long Zeng and Rafael Rivera.

Here’s how to do Geosense settings in Windows 7:

  • Enable Geosense, from the Start Menu, type ‘location’ (without quote) in the search box. Then click on “Enable location and other sensors.

  • Then check in the check-box to enable Geosense.
  • Click “Apply”. Now you can know the location of laptop / netbook that you use.

Good Luck…
